Gray Construction is seeking an Insurance Program Manager to join the Lexington, KY team.

The successful candidate must have bachelors’ degree and at least five (5) years’ experience in insurance, surety, risk management, broker, construction finance/accounting, construction project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management experience is preferred, but not required.
Telecommuting is acceptable. The successful candidate must be willing to travel periodically to Gray offices and otherwise, on an as-needed basis.
The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical, financial, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. They must be able to use critical thinking to effectively solve problems and must possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in a high demand, rapid paced environment, managing several open items concurrently and reprioritizing based on project or team needs.
Working with Director of Corporate Risk, this position will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing all aspects of Gray’s Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) program and Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP).
